Radio Frequency
The Plasma G appliance uses bipolar radiofrequency to tighten the skin and lift the face contours. The high-frequency (radiofrequency – RF) waves offer a safe and non-invasive way to tighten the loose or sagging skin on the face or other areas of the body. They are great to reduce lighter and deeper wrinkles, prevent the formation of new wrinkles and to enhance the skin tone and structure. The appliance has a built-in temperature control technology, which prevents the skin from overheating.
Benefits
- pain- and damage free
- the collagen fibres responsible for the flexibility of the skin are transformed and their number increases
- the skin is renewed, it becomes firmer, younger and fresher
- wrinkles, dark circles around the eyes and crow’s feet are reduced
- the sensitive areas of the face, neck, dewlap and cleavage can be treated with this technology too
- with the right settings the skin firming and lipolytic effect can be applied simultaneously (for the dewlap)
- relaxing, calming effect
Immediate Firming Effect
The immediate firming effect is visible after each treatment, as a consequence of the two-dimensional contraction of collagen fibres. Their diameter increases, while their length decreases. Skin metabolism accelerates, the biochemical activity of cells increases, blood and lymph circulation speeds up. As a result, the accumulated toxins are released and oxygenation improves.
Long Term Firming Effect
The heating effect on the dermis stimulates the fibroblasts, which produce new collagen and elastin fibres with renewed momentum after the treatment. The thermal damage on the extra cell matrix launches a series of inflammation processes, including the proliferation of fibroblasts and the long-term collagen reproduction too. This effect is even more enhanced after a few weeks of treatment, after the fibroblasts reached the inflammation spot, which enhances the production of new collagen fibres. The accelerated generation of collagen fibres continues for about three months. Thanks to the changes induced by the treatment the skin becomes firmer and renews.
Suggested Application
- Face and face contour lifting
- Treatment of the skin sagging resulting from aging, especially for the upper arm, neck and dewlap area
Plasma
Besides solid, liquid and gas state there is a fourth consistency of materials: plasma, which is ionised gas.
Plasma Explosion
Plasma explosions are created at high voltage (5-7 kV) and low amperage. The produced micro-lightning tear down molecular oxygen and nitrogen in the air, starting more than 200 chemical reactions at the same time. During the treatment skin conductivity has to be increased, which happens via the application of a special gel. During the operation of the appliance an approximately 3mm thick plasma ray is created between the gel and the end of the appliance. The electric circuit is closed by the grounding electrode held in the patient’s right hand. As soon as the explosion happens, it intrudes the conductive gel and exerts its effect directly on the skin.
Did you know?
Plasma allows precisely targeted application. A great benefit of this method is, that there is no known allergic or toxic reaction. This touch- and painless, self-sterilising application allows treatment of surfaces sensitive to heat and uneven surfaces too.
Effects of Plasma Explosion
- Deactivates viruses, bacteria, fungi
- Activates the immune system
- Stimulates fibroblasts
- “Cleans” arteries, veins, capillaries, stimulates circulation
- Strengthens vascular walls, improves the flexibility of capillaries
- Relieves inflammation on the application area
- Reduces allergic reactions on the skin
- Regenerates the skin surface on operation scars and burns
- Effectively treats acne and adolescent skin problems
Recommended for
Plasma is primarily applicable for the treatment of the following problems:
- Wrinkles
- Scars
- Stretch marks
- Acne
- Treatment for vasodilatations and rosacea
Electroporation
The process, which utilises the enhanced permeability of cellular membranes upon contacting electric fields is called electroporation. The technology is frequently called mesotherapy without a needle. The reference to mesotherapy exists because the special electric waves emitted by the appliance – similarly to the channels opened on the horn layer (barrier) of the skin by the thin and fine mesotherapy needle - create openings between the skin surface and the deeper layers, which are real, although invisible to the bare eye. Through these openings any agent (regardless of molecular weight) applied on the skin can work with extraordinary efficiency and is absorbed into the skin much more intensively when compared with other absorption-enhancing traditional agent-introduction methods.
Benefits
- Painless
- Waves without ionisation and heat production
- It can be used to apply ionic, non-ionic, , lipophilic and hydrophilic materials too, including macro-molecules
- No electric contact with the patient, no risk of chemical burn, no muscle ticks, pain or swelling
- The skin’s pH value is not changed
- Not contraindicated in case of a prosthesis
- No additional conductive gel is needed
- Lasting results
Suggested Application
- Firming the face
- Prevention and treatment of aging caused by UV radiation or solarium
- Treatment of pigmented spots
- Hydration and nourishment
- Renewing the skin
- Filling up mimic wrinkles
- Reducing the size of scars, wide pores
- Reducing the fat production of oily skin
